Campaign links: WFM counts link opens, visible page loads and completed registrations by source, campaign and ad. A random one-use receipt lasts up to 30 minutes in server storage and page memory; it is not saved in browser storage or linked to an account. Aggregated daily counts are kept for 90 days. These campaign counters do not create remarketing audiences; Google AdSense is described separately below.

Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
Updated on 7 September 2026 for fantasyhockey.eu. This document describes the website's actual current use of localStorage, Service Workers and Cache Storage, not only traditional HTTP cookies.

Latest audit result: WFM uses its own preference controls and a separate Google CMP for advertising. Google AdSense integration is prepared; ad delivery requires Google approval and applicable consent.
1. Operator and contact

2. Legal basis
Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 requires demonstrable consent to store or access information on a device, except for technology strictly necessary for transmission or for a service expressly requested by the user.
Necessary storage is used without consent only to the extent required for the requested service.
Preference storage is enabled only after active consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Minimal choice evidence and endpoint protection rely on the legitimate interest of demonstrating compliance and preventing abuse.
3. Categories
Necessary: sign-in, security, lineups, user-requested support and the choice record. They cannot be disabled in the panel.
Preferences and offline mode: light or dark appearance, dismissed appearance notice, selected league, simulator choice and WFM Service Worker cache. Off by default.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, only after a separate analytics choice. Off by default.
Advertising: Google AdSense and its separate Google CMP. WFM preference buttons do not grant advertising consent.
4. Changing your choice
On the first visit, optional technology can be allowed or rejected in one step or configured in detail. Both primary choices are equivalent, and the website remains usable after rejection.
The choice is renewed no later than after 183 days or after a material change of purposes or suppliers.
Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.
After rejection, WFM removes optional local keys, unregisters its Service Worker and deletes WFM caches.

6. Consent evidence
The server records a random choice ID, policy version, selected categories, language, action type and time. It does not record a name or e-mail for this purpose. Evidence is retained for no more than three years to demonstrate compliance.
To protect the public endpoint, a hash of the IP address is used only in a short ten-minute request limit; expired limit records are continuously removed.
7. Payments and future services
Bank transfers are verified on the server through Fio API. WFM does not receive bank login credentials or card details.
If a new service is not strictly necessary for a user-requested purchase or function, it will remain blocked until new valid consent. Adding analytics, advertising or a new recipient will trigger a new policy version and a fresh choice.
8. Third parties and transfers
WFM uses Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent and does not use Meta Pixel. Google AdSense and its CMP are described separately below, including partners and possible international processing.
With your optional consent, Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager measures visits, sessions and app screens. Google Ireland Limited receives technical browser/device information, an approximate location derived from the IP address, cookie identifiers and fixed screen names. We do not send account names, emails, lineups, form contents or URL query parameters. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google tags are not loaded before analytics consent. Withdrawing analytics consent stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies.
The cookies _ga and _ga_8MHPH80MN1 last up to 183 days; consent expires after 183 days. Event-level retention in GA4 is 2 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Google may process data outside the EEA under its applicable safeguards. Change your choice using Cookie settings. See Google privacy policy and Google data processing terms.
Google AdSense advertising and consent
WFM integrates Google AdSense, provided by Google Ireland Limited, and Google's certified consent management platform. Ads can appear only after Google approves this site. Advertising may process IP addresses, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and ad interactions for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement and fraud prevention. WFM does not send account names, email addresses, private messages or lineups to the ad code.
Advertising choices are collected separately from WFM appearance and offline preferences. The Google message lists partners, purposes and their legal bases and offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Where European consent rules apply, WFM requests advertising only with the relevant Google storage consent. Rejecting advertising does not block the game. Use Privacy and advertising settings below to change or withdraw your choice. Already displayed ads are removed on withdrawal; a new page load may be needed after granting consent again.
Google and partners may process data outside the EEA under their applicable safeguards. Cookie names, retention periods, recipients and transfers depend on the selected partners and ads; consult the current CMP partner details and Google advertising technologies, how Google uses information and Google's privacy policy. WFM's 183-day preference setting does not define Google cookie retention.
